Up for auction is a fabulous, finely colored porcelain parrot or macaw figurine made by master German porcelain manufacturer Rosenthal. This handmade and handpainted parrot is incredibly lifelike! The figurine measures approx. 15" long by 8" tall by 6.25" wide. This figurine is in excellent condition, with one hairline crack that goes through part of the base. (Any white marks in the photographs are just reflections, t are no missing paint flakes.) T are no other faults that I can see - no chips, restorations, etc. The figurine is stamped with the green "Rosenthal Germany" mark under its base, which I believe signifies it was made in the 1920s.
