Marvel Comics SPIDER-MAN Animation Art Lithograph ARTIST PROOF Signed and Numbered by STAN LEE from 1996. This is a very rare Lithograph that is hand signed by STAN LEE. It had a limited edition print run of only 30 worldwide. This one is hand numbered AP 12/30. It measures a massive 25 by 23 3/4 inches. This is also known as an advance Production Proof and was not meant to be sent to the printer for trimming. It is from the MArvel Animation Art Lithograph Series from 1996. T is clearly a factory crop mark on the left side of the litho in the white border area. The actual image area is 23 by 23 1/4 inches. T is no refined edge to the artwork. Created by the traditional fine art process of solid plate Lithography. Colors are seperated by hand and painted one at a time for perfect balance and continuity. The image area is perfect, t is extremely minor wear on the left edge that does not deter from the beauty of this rare lithograph. The wear is on the white border edge to the left, the image is perfect. If framed the matting would cover up the edge and still leave you3/4 of an inch of the white border visible. It is printed on 80 lb Gallery Art Silk Stock. It is a must for your collection and perfect for framing. It will be rolled in a super sturdy poster tube.
