Up for auction is a beautiful copy of Spiderman #1 Chromium edition. It is in flawless condition and will grade a 9.8 This item is intended for the Comic book fan, Spiderman enthusiast, or follower of Todd McFarlane. These copies are hard to find, especially in a condition that will grade very high. I will start the bidding price low to give every fan a chance to win.
The item will ship in a secure box with padding to protect the item while in transit. I can ship to the continental US and Canada. I am flexible with shipping methods so contact me if you have special considerations. If you are buying from Canada please contact me prior to bidding to sort out the shipping cost. If you have any questions or would like to have more pictures please do not hesitate to ask. Bid with confidence! I am thinking of selling my complete Amazing Spiderman collection whichincludes # 298 to 328. Issue 298 is in 9.2 to 9.4 condition, 299 is in9.4 to 9.6 condition, and 300 is in 8.0 condition. Each of the other issues are between 8.0 and 9.6 (I would need a professional to conclude that some of the issues are 9.8, I do not want to misinform so I will stick with 9.6) condition. Only a small percentage fall below 9.0 to 9.2. If you would be interested please let me know how much you would expect to pay for the complete McFarlane Amazing Spiderman run. I am trying to get some feedback before the auction. I am also considering just having an auction for every Spiderman comic that Todd McFarlane ever worked on, this includes all of the Amazing Spiderman run, the Spiderman run (with multiple copies of # 1), and even the Marvel Tales comics that Todd did the covers for. What do you think? If you are the hard core McFarlane fan, would you want to have the complete collection? Your feedback could help to start the bid. If I do get enough feedback, I may as well donate a percentage to charity, something that I think Mr. McFarlane would be happy to hear about. Please let me know, and remember that the number of issues included in the auction will have a significant factor on shipping costs, something that I do not have much control over. Excelsior!
