Splendid antique French silver dollhouse miniature tea and coffee set includes a teapot with cover, a coffee pot with cover, a two-handled covered sugar, a creamer and tray, each piece marked with the French boar's head signifying at least 800 silver. This wonderful set is finely worked with decorative bands around each piece, beautifully shaped bodies and handles and a gadrooned border on the oval tray. In excellent condition, the tray measures 1 3/4 x 2 1/4-inches, the teapot just under 1/2-inch tall, the coffee pot just under 1-inch tall, the sugar 3/4-inch and the creamer 1/2-inch.
