Few people know that Spuds MacKenzie, who's real name is (Honey Tree Evil Eye) had a secret. She was featured in an advertising campaign for Bud Light beer in the late 1980s. The dog was named marketing dog of the year in 1987. He first showed up in a Bud Light Super Bowl ad and by the end of the game, Spuds was a Bonafide marketing success. He was known as the "Ultimate Party Animal" the canine mascot for the Anheuser-Busch Beer Company's Bud Light commercials from 1987-89. The dog was a Bull Terrier and had his share of controversy. Just as fast as Spuds' rocketed to fame it was discovered that "he" was actually a she. The original female party animal, you go girl. Women's Lib, Yah Baby. The "controversy" was spread through the Paparazzi. It got so bad that at one point the Budweiser employees concealed "Spuds" from cameras, so no could see her private parts while she peeied.
