It is fully functional and of course carries our three year warranty! The housing color is Ocean Blue but the baseplate has already been selected at random. At this awesome price all the Vaporizers are already packed for shipping, so the baseplate can't be changed; but visit to customize the baseplate! Also, as the vapes are already packed for shipping, we are unable to provide any information on the color of the baseplate, the type of glass or what the actual blemish is on any given vape.
