Rare Old 10 inch St. Augustine Ware Rabbit Nursery Rhyme Cabinet Plate Fresh from an estate sale, this 10-inch plate is an absolute beauty. Colorful and whimsical. In great shape for its age. Very Good Condition. No chips, Crazing, hairline spider crack underneath and age discoloration prevalent on the underside of the plate (see photo). The words "None Can Compare with a Welsh Rabbit Rare Except a Pie Of Rabbit Fare" Encircle the rim of the plate. Sweet scene of a Mother Rabbit and her two Kits in the center. A lovely addition to any room or collection. Imprinted "St. Augustine Ware Made in England" on the underside.
