A good-looking hat with a file of interesting documentation to go with it! Royal Artillery Colonel Stuart William Hughes Rawlins had earned the DSO and CMG by the end of WW1, been mentioned in dispatches ten times, and went on to command the Chemical Warfare Experimental Station at Porton Down in the 1920s. This hat has been well protected by its tin case for nearly a hundred years. It is about a size 7. UK postage and packing £10.00, overseas £20.00.
