Staffordshire Aesthetic Black Transferware Pitcher LILY

Up for bid is an Antique White Ironstone pitcher with a lovely black transferware design of a lily. This one celebrates the Aesthetic period in England and American c. 1880s. the pitcher has a lovely geometric pattern namdle and spout and ribbed cody and is beautiful decorated with a black transfer design of a lily. The piece has two different design of the flower, 1 on back and one on front. and around the neck o the pitcher and handle are other transfer designs, very finely engraved and elegant detail. The pitcher is in mint condition with not a chip or crack and no stains. Very well taken care of. it is nicely marked with the early Johnson Bros mark. It looks like perhaps the pattern name was stamped Flo___. You will love this large piece, very showy. This one measures 7-1/8 inches tall x 6 inches across.
