Shorter & Sons Staffordshire TeapotMade in England c.1940's Lovely Vintage Staffordshire Teapot in the form of a Cat, with Polka Dots and Black Bow around her neck. 8 1/4" tall to ears on lid, 8 1/2" from spout to handle Holds 4 cups In very good condition with no chips or cracks, no stains. There is a 1/8" under glaze flat spot on one of the ears, done at time of manufacturing. Does have tiny fine all over crazing commensurate with age. Hidden on the inside of the lid there are couple of tiny smooth 1/8" dents, not chips. The lid must be turned to open or close. All in all this is a lovely original Staffordshire Teapot, very desirable and collectible. We accept your Your satisfaction is our #1 goal.
