PAIR DISPLAYS WONDERFULLY! Sorry: After recent problems with larger items, due to the size and weight of these figures I can only post them within the UK. LOW START & NO RESERVE WITH BUY NOW AVAILABLE Good Luck Everyone... Appearance & Subject: This is a pair of classic style earthenware Staffordshire seated Spaniel figures, sometimes known as a Pot Dogs or Wally Dogs, sometimes Comforters. They are decorated mainly in the white, but the facial features are painted in pink to the muzzle, with a black mouths, noses and whiskers. The eyelids, eyelashes, and pupils are also in black. The irises are yellow. The dogs also have some black to the paws. They each have a collar, lock and chain. The chain runs down the chest and is looped over the back. They are what are known as curly tailed, which means their tails are curled upwards to touch their backs. These dogs have closed bases. There is an air hole in the back of both dogs.
