In this collection i counted roughly 5182 used stamps. All stamps are on the original letters they were sent on and all letters are addressed to the same person as this is his personal collection. The years of the stamps are from 1960's to 1980's with a few from 1940's, 1950's and early 1990's. In all there are stamps from about 25 different countries. These countries include United States, France, England, Australia, Chile, India, Brazil, Japan, Haiti, Thailand, Italy, Canada, Mexico, Austria, Argentina, Germany, Venezuela, Israel, Peru, Greece, Congo, Bolivia, USSR, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica. The majority of the stamps are from France, Germany, India, and United States. Some of the other countries there are only a few letters of each. I was given this box of letters and decided to sell them as i have no interest in becoming a collector myself. I am sure that there are some that would be worth more money sold individually however I do not have the time to go through them.
