IUNITED STATES STAMPS - CELEBRATE THE CENTURY from 1990s until 1990s - Complete Series of 10 Souvenir Sheets - Scott Catalog #3182-3191 You are bidding on the Complete Series of U.S. Commemorative Souvenir Stamps called Celebrate the Century created by the United States Postal Service. Each sheet has a detailed history of each decade depicting important events from the 20th century in America. of these sheets were issued with fifteen stamps embedded into each sheet. These sheets are in the original plastic sleeves and have been unopened and have been stored securely. The original cost of the first four sheets would be 32 cents x 15 stamps = $4.80.
