Auction is for an antique metal advertising beer tray from the 1900s. It was made by the the Tuscarora Advertising Co in Coshocton, Ohio for the Standard Brewing Co, and measures about 11 3/4 inches across. It shows a depiction of the execution of 38 Sioux Indians in Mankato Minnesota in 1862. The tray is in excellent condition for age, and does not appear to ever have been used for beverage service. Any wear seems to be due to age, display, and storage. There is a light crazing of the enamel on the front, some small chips on the outer edge, and a small area showing loss of enamel around the "N" and "D" in Standard. (See pictures) The back shows some small loss of enamel also. There are no dents dings, or creases in the metal of the tray. Overall, the tray is in exceptional condition for a 100+ year item, the image and color are still bright and clear! Auction is for the US only. Thanks for Looking!
