Stangl Colonial Individual Teapot (color: Silver Green). This teapot is only 4 1/2" tall! The scale photo shows it with my Individual Creamer and Sugar in front of an ordinary 6" Plate. Dinnerware pattern #1388 was produced from 1931 to 1944 and this miniature teapot probably dates to the earliest '30s as it has "1388" and "U.S.A." mold marks on the bottom.Condition is Mint, though it does have some very fine almost invisible crazing on the cover. Crazing is just a fact of life with some of these old glazes--it's chemistry and not damage. Please email Seller with any questions or to request the original high resolution photographs before bidding. Insurance is recommended for any breakable item but is not required on items under $100.00. If insurance is declined, shipping is at your own risk; no refunds will be made. That said, I pack my Stangl ware extremely well.As the busy season for my own business approaches, my spare time becomes non-existent and I may only be able to ship on my Wednesday (and sometimes Tuesday) day/s off. As always, if the actual packed piece exceeds my estimated weight I pay the extra shipping cost. And if the weight is less than my estimate, because I combine shipping or find a smaller box, then I refund the difference. Never a Reserve! Seller accepts PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and personal checks.
