Stangl Stoby Mug, "Sport" (hatless). Stangl Stoby Mug pattern #1678 was produced from 1936 to 1945 in the decorated underglaze colors. This one bears the blue square stamp and the molded-in number 1678.Condition is Mint, though it has a couple of short lines of crazing at the top of his forhead. Crazing is just a fact of life with some of these old glazes. Not a single nick, chip, scratch or crack or anything else!Please email Seller with any questions or to request the original high resolution photographs before bidding. Insurance is recommended for any breakable item but is not required on items under $100.00. If insurance is declined, shipping is at your own risk; no refunds will be made. That said, I pack my Stangl ware extremely well. Never a Reserve! Seller accepts PayPal, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks. I DO combine pieces together to save on shipping if the auctions end within a few days of each other.
