Stanley Bailey No 7 jointer plane. Heavy WWII casting with post war large brass adjustment wheel and frog adjustment srew. Original iron, flattened, honed and sharpened; cap iron leveled and polished, frog seat & iron rest lapped. Sole has been flattened and lapped. Cuts whisper thin shavings. Tote and front knob are fine, solid and tight. No pitting in the casting and japanning is still almost perfect (99%).This is the workhorse of the jointers and will give you perfectly straight edges much more easily than that very expensive, noisy and dangerous gray machine.Payment for bid price plus shipping and insurance via Pay Pal, Money Order, Bank Check or Personal Check due within 7 days of bid closing.
