Up for auction is an awesome original pencil drawing by the famous legendary rock and roll artist Stanley Mouse! Stanley created this image of Jesus trying to stop the car full of Wolf Musicians for the band Los Lobos. Stanley is best known for his ' 60's era art doing hand bills, posters, and album covers for bands like the Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane, and the Steve Miller band. He created many of the famous Grateful Dead Icons. He is still actively creating today for bands like audio slave. Stanley also created a benefit concert poster for a teen aged relative of mine who had leukemia. 's your chance to own a piece of Rock history at a very affordable price. It also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by Stanley from Mouse Studios. The paper is roughly 22 and 3/4" X 14 and 3/4" The frame is roughly 29 and 3/4" X 22 and 1/4". I will also be donating a portion of the fianl sale price to the Rex Foundation, a charity that the Grateful Dead started over 20 years ago.
