A Stanley No 62 Low Angle Plane, and complete, no missing parts. The cutter trademark is "Stanley", block letters which was only used in 1909.A word on condition: The body of the plane has two large chips at the throat, and a couple of areas of pitting, on the sides. The handle has been repaired and both handle and knob mounting screws have a fair amount of corrosion. The adjustable throat plate has some minor pitting and should be lapped to make it perfect. The knob has a chip, but no other cracks. The cam is present and the adjusting knobs have wear in the nickel plating. The cutter is in good condition, some discoloration, and retains almost all of its original length. This will be a fair display item as is, or replace the body and handle, for a premier addition to your collection. My experience shipping to Canada is, if I can get the auction in a padded envelope, the charge is about the same as shipping in the US. However, if it must go in a carton or box, charges go up and have to be recalculated for your postal code.
