This auction consists of one new old stock Stanley No. 78 rabbet plane made in England with its original box in perfect condition. All finishes are 100% including the black Japan & nickel plating. The plane iron has its original factory grind & it appears that it has never seen a piece of wood. All the plane parts are included with this auction including: cutter, cutter cap, fence & rod, spur, and depth stop & screw. The plane adjustment lever works flawlessly. The pasteboard box is in excellent condition as is the green label. This tool has remnants of its factory anti-rust wrap in the bottom of the box. This plane would make a great user-grade tool that is in perfect condition or it would make a nice addition to your plane collection! No handling fee will be charged for this auction. Shipping insurance is required . Shipping cost will be calculated by using USPS priority mail at cost from my address to the winner's. Thanks for viewing this auction!
