This is a nice little Stanley #1 with a "B" casting in the body. Condition is very good for its age, late 1890's. The tote was broken when I got this plane, so I bought a new rosewood tote for it. The old tote (shown) is included. I have put an $850 reserve on it as I don't want to sell it for less. It's a great little plane for a collection. Considering the size of these things, I doubt that they were ever used very much, at least by people with hands as big as mine.
