This is a 24" STANLEY RULE & LEVEL CO. - NEW BRITAIN, CONN. - WARRANTED BOXWOOD No. 73 four-fold broad sized boxwood rule with arch joint. This rule is marked with the early type 2 marking. I rate this ruler in GOOD - CONDITION overall. It has 2 of 3 alignment pins and folds up tight. However, one of the hinges is damaged. The boxwood has great patina and has some tiger striping in the wood. An uncommon Stanley rule for you to add to your measuring tool collection!
