Don't just watch this item!BID ON IT!!! This item would make a great addition to any Star Trek fan’s collection. A VERY rare and unique item had the television show not been cancelled: "Star Trek - Enterprise" U.S.S. Enterprise NX-01 REFIT model It is custom resin model kit made to modify the Polar Lights 1/1000 scale starship into a version of the ship that would have been seen in the show's fifth season and beyond. The resin kit contains: Secondary/engineering hull Warp nacelle covers Extended warp nacelle struts Deflector dish Hull "neck" piece that connects the saucer section to the new engineering hull. Decals for the new design and complete instructions (Also includes a bonus second set of decals!) PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS AUCTION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE POLAR LIGHTS ENTERPRISE NX-01 MODEL KIT. IT IS FOR THE RESIN MODIFICATION PIECES ONLY! Build a version of the Enterprise that never made it to either the big or small screens. It is based off of the design sketches created by Doug Drexler and seen on both his web site and the Star Trek Ships of the Line calendar. If the show had been renewed for episodes beyond it's fourth season, the plan was to have the ship undergo a major refit and overhaul with the addition of the lower engineering hull, extended warp nacelle struts and different nacelle design.
