From the interior cover sheet: "This is a collection of some 500+ pages of technical memos written for the benefit of the Voyager writers, producers, and visual effects personnel over the seven years of the show’s run. We strove to inject a bit of plausible science and technology, either real and well known in the here and now, or extrapolated for the 23rd, 24th, or even 29th centuries. And perhaps beyond.
