This auction is for one extremely rare, awesome Timbuk2 brand messenger bag , commissioned by Lucasfilm Ltd. and custom-embroidered with the company logo. These bags were never for sale; they were the holiday 2006 gift given by Lucasfilm Ltd. to each employee of the six Lucasfilm companies. Each employee received one bag. Under the flap of the bag, the logos of each of the companies are embroidered : (clockwise from top left) Industrial Light & Magic, Skywalker Sound, Lucas Animation, Lucas Online, and Lucas Licensing .
This bag is BRAND NEW ; it is still packaged in its ORIGINAL BOX, UNOPENED , with all the packaging intact. It is packaged in a pristine black box with a silver satin ribbon and sealed with OFFICIAL LUCASFILM label. The bag inside is nestled in black tissue paper with iridescent glitter that looks like stars in the paper. The Timbuk2 messenger bag comes in several sizes: Lucasfilm Ltd. chose the MEDIUM size for the company gift. It measures 18.75 inches width x 10.5 inches height.
