Collects the near-complete current run of Star Wars legacy (0-25), including the two special "0" issues which serve as reference for the series. Basically, the series follows a similar format to the "Next Generation" of that other "Star" franchise-it's nearly a hundred years later, and once again the galaxy is under the control of the Sith and the Jedi are nearing extinction. Once again a Skywalker must rise up against the Sith Empire to stop them. Sounds familiar, right? Not quite. This latest generation Skywalker is a bounty hunter with an addiction to "death sticks" (The halluigenic Star wars drug introduced in a scene in Attack of the Clones) who has long-forsaken the Jedi way. Along the way t are several suprises and revelations regarding the characters. The series is written by John Ostrander (Batman, Star Wars Republic; Ostrander is also the co-creator of the Jedi Quinlan Vos and Aayla Secura, who were so popular George Lucas put them in the prequels) and drawn mainly by Jan Duuresama (With the ocassional fill-in artist; Jan is the other creator of Vos and Secura and has done work in Star Wars since the Marvel run, as well as notable runs in Marvel.) Some of the earlier issues (The first year) mainly are slightly 'warped' (lower half is bent a bit) but not severely, as they spent time in a comic box and t is some spine wear
