You are bidding on a high-quality prop replica of Luke Skywalker's lightsaber as mostly modeled after the saber seen in The Empire Strikes Back. The key word is "mostly" because although its details follow the ESB model, it is missing the rivets near the base of the hilt. I'm quite sure this could be added by someone with the proper tools and equipment--or it can be more easily converted to the ANH model by switching out one of the red button knobs with a glass bulb and replacing the strip on the clamp with the calculator bubbles. It is a non-working saber--no electronics, no blade, nada. This is just a hilt, and can be worn on a belt with the D-ring on the base. I can't say for certain whether this was made with an actual Graflex flash gun, though I doubt it. The area w the label GRAFLEX would be engraved was covered with a strip of aluminum tape, and the clamp does loosen; when loosened it's obvious the handle is two separate pieces, and they can be twisted around a bit, but I've never attempted to pull them apart. It's equally possible this is simply a very good replica of a Graflex flash gun itself, and probably more likely. In any case, the body and all major parts are machined aluminum.
