Up for auction is a beautiful reproduction of the Star Wars Return of the Jedi, Princess Leia Ewok dress. This was made by an expert seamstress who studied the movie and many pictures to get as an exact reproduction as possible. This dress is a one-of-a-kind and will never be made again. The seamstress is now retired and the pattern has long since been destroyed. This dress is new and was only worn for the pictures you see Measurements are as follows: bust 34-38 inch, waist 28-34 inch, waist to hem of skirt 34 1/2 inches. The reason for the wide range of size for the bust and waist is this is a loose fitting dress and it has extra room. If you are in a smaller size, you use the belt to tighten up the waist. I am between size 7 and 9 and as you can see from the picture the dress fits me nicely. The fabric that the seamstress used on this dress is a light weight suade-like material and was matched to the exact color worn by Carrie Fisher in the movie Return of the Jedi. The bottom of the hem on this dress is hankerchiefed to give it a jagged, peasant appearance. You won't find a nicer reproduction at this price.
