The Standard Rule is one of the more uncommon rules. This one reads "Standard Rule Co. Unionville, CT." I can find no number on it but it matches up to a No. 60 in Phil Stanley's book. It has graduations in 1/4, 1/16 and 1/10. The joints are tight, the sticks are straight and the edges are excellent. There is some discoloration between 20 and 24 on the outside. The brass would clean up nicely . The inside scales and numbers are in excellent shape. The outside has some wear but all readings are clear. It lies flat on the the faces and on the edges.
