This is a new old stock 6" Starlap Wheel with a 1/2" mounting hole. It is new and has only been removed from the box for a picture. A Crystalite Products wheel. The catalog says" Starlaps: Special composition grooved hard fiber-phenolic lap for final shaping and polishing sapphires and rubies. Charge your own.
