Check out my other items ! This auction is for a Starlite 222 Lantern. These are usually railroad lanterns, but this one is not marked with a RR name. It is about 7 ½ " tall not including the handle. The top on this one is cobalt blue. It is working right now but I have no idea how old the battery is so will not guarantee it is working when you receive it. Marked on the bottom: Starlite 222 Star Headlight & Lantern Co. This is scuffed from use, especially the blue shade part. PLEASE READ THE CONDITIONS OF THIS AUCTION LISTED BELOW BEFORE BIDDING. PAYMENT TERMS: Payment required within 10 days of auction close. We accept MO's, Cashiers Check, Personal Check or PayPal. Due to fraud, I will no longer ship to an address that is different than the address that Paypal shows on your payment. I also reserve the right to deny payments from Paypal users with an unconfirmed address. Payment must be in US Dollars. We can not accept personal checks from International Buyers. We hold shipping 10 business days for checks to clear. We do charge sales tax to New Mexico residents at 7.125 %. Shipping can be combined on auctions ending in the same week (Monday through Sunday), if I determine items can safely be packed together, but only if you make one combined If no payment in 10 days, negative feedback will be posted and item will be relisted or offered to back up bidder. If you have a problem with this, let us know. We will be happy to work with you. SHIPPING: Shipping cost is provided on this auction either by a shipping calculator or a flat rate if you live in the US. Please check the shipping cost before bidding. If t is a shipping calculator on the auction and it says UPS; shipping will probably be by FedEx Ground. We require insurance on any item over $10.00. If you do not purchase insurance, any loss or damage will not be our responsibility. Insurance claims for loss can not be filed until 30 days after shippment for items shipped by the USPS. We will help file any and all insurance claims but you MUST keep all packaging material in order for a damage claim to be filed. We are not responsible for breakage or non-delivery by the shipper on uninsured items. Normally, we ship on Tuesday and Thursday mornings but sometimes this is not possible and we will substitute another day. INTERNATIONAL SALES International shipping is available, but only by the USPS. We DO NOT, however, accept returns from International buyers because of the shipping costs involved. Please do not ask us to lie on custom forms because we will not do it. All items are to be shipped. PLEASE DO NOT ASK US TO PICK YOUR ITEM UP AS IT IS AGAINST OUR POLICY. REFUNDS: Will refund if item not as described in listing. This does NOT apply to International buyers. Returned items must be insured and return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Buyer must e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of item for refund instructions and item must be shipped back within 3 days of receipt. (This does not mean it has to reach me within 3 days.) If these instructions are not followed, no refund will be made. Items broken in transit or not delivered to you will be refunded by the insurance carrier if insured.
