For your consideration is this handsome vintage Steiff Teddy Baby teddy bear from approx. 1958, my older sister is the original owner, given to her as a child. This is a beautiful rare all original bear. He stands approx. 9", has dark brown mohair, 5 way jointed, excelsior filled, original red leather collar with original bell, original Steiff tag, no ear tag (thanks Mom), glass eyes. His squeeker is sporatic, it does work but only when it wants to. To be safe, I will list it as non - working. Minor spots on his pads, no holes. He retains probably all of his mohair, only minor wear spots. He has no rips or other damage. Always from a smoke free home. This precious HTF bear is in wonderful condition for his age.
