Here is the 1920 Replica Classic Steiff bear that was last produced in 2002. He is from my personal collection of Steiff bears. This is the medium sized one at 35 cm and so has a working growler and is of course fully jointed, 100% mohair with hand stitched mouth/nose and claws. This is the dark brown bear that Steiff use in their advertising posters etc as he is the prototypical Steiff bear. He has the button in ear, chest tag,and ear tag and fully working loud growler! His condition is excellent for age ( please see photos) The last photo shows him with a larger 35 cm version for sale in a separate auction on Ebay at the moment.
