Friction Tin Litho Lucky Car Front Engine Action MIB Daisy This auction is for a Steiff Golden Age Of Circus mohair giraffe in mint condition with original box. This is a part of the Golden Age of Circus series and was made in 1988 according to the date on the ear tag. The box is marked West Germany. Tall, graceful and stately in its unusual cage, the African giraffe pops his head through the open hatchway surveying the audience. The wooden cage has simulated wheel rims and carvings, brass bars and hardware, opening roof latch and rear door with miniature hinges and latch, removable roof and detachable tongue. The giraffe's condition is truly MINT with its original cellophane and even the box is in excellent condition.
