STEIFF White Margarete Jubilee Bear 150th Anniversary Bear. This is the Steiff Margarete 150th Anniversary Bear. He was produced for the 150th anniversary of the birth of Margarete Steiff (July 24, 1847). He was produced in 1997 and is number 2443 of 3999. He is in mint new condition, always kept in his box...he has NEVER been out of the original factory bag. He is 5-way jointed and made of beautiful white mohair. He has brown glass eyes, a black floss-stitched nose/mouth, and suede pads. His right foot pad is signed by Jorg Junginger, great grand nephew of Margarete Steiff. He wears a porcelain medallion, has a white (red letter) stock tag with the number 670152. He stands 40 cm tall (approx 16 inches). He comes complete with original box, and swing tags. Two of the photos show Maragete Steiff with the original of this bear. Unique are his "pointy" ears. He originally sold for $550.
