This is a fine crystal glass art sculpture made by Steinbach of Germany that depicts a pair of loving owls perched in a tree. The type of glass used for their product is the optical glass crystal having the strength to withstand the diamond wheel engraving as well as surface scratches. It also has the highest level of clarity and superior refraction. Optical glass is used in the lenses for cameras and telescopes such as ones used in the Hubble space telescope.
