VINTAGE STEINBACH ORNAMENTS GARDNER & MAID (Photo is of the actual item(s) you are purchasing.) PAPER LABEL on " GARDNER " READS AS FOLLOWS : STEINBACH VOLKSKUNST AUS HOHENHAMELN HOLZGALANTERIE - MADE IN W. GERMANY Gardner : Approx. 3 1/4" tall. This cutie has a gray painted body and is wearing a decorcated green hat on his white fuzzy hair. He holds a wooden rake in one hand and a blue & white checked fabric with 2 red round wooden inserts in the other hand. T is a round spot of glue on his backside w something must have been attached. Label is on bottom. Maid : Approx. 3" tall. She has a blue painted body with white polka dots and a red painted bow on her backside. Base is painted green. Her yellow cap tops white fuzzy hair. She holds a red and white fabric pillow that has the stuffing spilling out in 3 places. This piece has no label. Please email any questions you may have. Thanks for looking and happy bidding....
