This is a slightly curved view in fair plus vintage condition. T is scuffing of the corners with most on the lower left and right. Smudging is moderate. The images are fairly sharp and clear. Printed on the lower front is 85. Printed on the reverse is " Indian Squaws, Montreal Photographed by W. Notman, Montreal." Handwritten on the recerse is W. H. Plullifis. This last name is very difficult to read and may be Clullifis or ??. Most likely the name of the owner of the card. Both women wear hats, earrings and necklaces. Both are holding handmade baskets filled with various items and one appears to be a beaded handbag. This uncirculated estate item would make a handsome addition to any vintage collection.
