Estate fresh great looking flatware set in case. This is made by Alvin division of Gorham silver company and was introudced in 1928 . The pattern is called modern colonial . It has touches of colonial look to it with the shell but it looks much more art deco to me this the sky scraper motif and the deco shell. Skyscraper motif most evident on knife handle. This is a timeless design that will fit into any decor.
