This is a 30 year safety service award given by the Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This is marked sterling on back as shown. Also marked Portsmouth Virginia. Back description of this award has also been shown. Condition as shown which I consider to be good. Size 4", all complete no damage. All packages are shipped via USPS. I will ship UPS for large heavy boxes or w shipping would be cheaper than the post office. Insurance is required on breakable items, such as glass and pottery. All other items insurance is an option that can be purchased but I am not responsible for loss, damage, or non receipt. If you elect not to insure a package, please don't ask for a refund from the seller. Refunds with insurance come from the post office. I will assist in getting the claim form and providing the insurance receipt. Most of my items are not new, so expect normal wear conditions. I ad to the rules of a traditional auction, tfore all sales are final. I will only accept a return if it has been determined by me that an item was intentionally misrepresented or wrong item sent.
