This is a beautiful either Double or Triplet opal and sterling necklace. The necklace is quite large. It is being sold out of a collectors private collection and was originally purchased as an estate piece from a doctor's estate that had it designed for his wife. It is marked handmade sterling and signed HP by the artist. It has been examined by 2 different jewelry stores to verify its value. There are some minor cracks in the 4 of the opals that can be seen in the pictures. They are not all the way through and could be expected in a piece of this age.
