Sterling Silver 1930's Teapot retailed by Brufords, Exeter

Hi there
For sale here is a nice sterling silver teapot hallmarked in Birmingham 1932 by Adie Brothers (see photo 4). The base of the pot is also stamped by the retailer, Brufords in Exeter (who are still there today) together with the Registered design number (see photo 3). The lid of the pot and even the wing nut for the finial are also marked for sterling silver.
The teapot has a wooden handle and finial with the finial being of a slightly lighter wood. The teapot measures approximately 150 mm high to the top of the finial with the body of the teapot having a maximum diameter of approximately 140 mm. The lid opening is approximately 80 mm in diameter as is the foot of the teapot. The weight of the teapot is approximately 377 g which of course includes the wooden finial and handle.
I would be happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Thanks for looking!
