Sterling Silver Bowl Bonbon Dish William Hutton 1911

Beautiful sterling silver swing handled dish / basket, fully hallmarked for 1911. This is a lovely dish made by William Hutton & Sons in 1911. The dish has a top rim of four semi-circles with crimped decoration around the top edge and a conforming swing handle. The sides of the dish, which taper inwards, are pierced and forms of flat strips of silver running down to the flat base. The dish is 3-3/4 inches / 96 mm wide and 1-1/8 inches / 28 mm high to the rim of the dish and 3 inches / 76 mm high to the top of the handle. The underside of the dish bears clear hallmarks - lion passant, anchor for Birmingham, letter m for 1911 and maker's mark WH&S for William Hutton & Sons. The dish is in excellent condition with no dents, damage or repair.This is a lovely bonbon dish. I accept payment via Paypal as well as personal cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank. For international customers, by arrangement payment may also be done via bank wire transfer. I will post worldwide and I aim to despatch items within 3 days f rom receipt of payment. Shipments within UK are via Royal Mail Special Delivery next day service. Overseas shipments are via Royal Mail International signed for service. If you require shipment via courier service (eg TNT/UPS etc), this can be arranged at additional cost by mutual agreement.
