This is a sterling silver collector spoon made for Brooklyn. I believe this is a political spoon because of the gentleman's portrait at the end of the stem. I have not been able to identify this gentleman. The initial's J.A.T. and the year 1894 are engraved on the back of the stems handle. The spoon measures approximately 4 1/2 inches long.
