Up for auction is a striking sterling creamer and sugar set. The pieces are stamped on the bottom- *J.E.CALDWELL AND CO.* , *STERLING*, *925*, * FINE*, and a maker's mark and run numbers. These two unweighted pieces have a combined weight of 7.7 troy ounces. Both items have applied handles. The creamer stands 4 3/4" at its two high points at the top of the handle and spout. The bowl of the creamer is 2 1/2" wide and 3 1/2" long. The sugarer handle is 4 1/2" high, and the top of the bowl measures 3 7/8" high and 3 1/8" across. T is a three letter monogram on both. These two vintage pieces resemble miniature trophies and will add a distinctive flair to one's table. The condition of both is good with only a minor ding or two.
