Sterling silver footed Georgian style gravy, sauce boat A scalloped design with beautiful shell kneed Chippendale type feet is this heavy weight sterling silver sauce boat or milk jug with a very ornate handle as shown. Marked sterling on the bottom and with a touchmark near the top edge and weighs about 5 1/2 ounces. About 6 1/2 inches end to tip of spout and 3 3/4 inches tall at the handle If you are an overseas buyer, which I welcome just as if you were my next door neighbor, please note that specification of any insurance you want is your responsibility. You must tell me how much and pay for it in addition to shiping and handling charges and my self insurance that the item will be shipped to you and I will furnish proof of shipmet if you request such.------------------------------------I do not want to take The number 1 reason I don't like PayPal and actually ebay either, is because they are totally arbutary in the way they make these final Civil judgements, and boom t goes your money or you are hooked with a fraudulant purchase. If they are going to make these judgements then they should make more of an attempt to be sure. I sold a set of sterling silver to a guy who said even though it was marked sterling silver it was not. It was and I have what of it he sent me back , and it is absolutely sterling silver. So they take the money from my account instantly, on the spot, solely based on this Guy's contentions, while he still has the item and then make the transfer final simply based on the fact that a package had been delived to me sent by him. So what if what he sent me back was a box with a brick in it? So what then? They have no idea and then I would be out a couple of thousand dollars. Very clumsy routine and not well thought out if you ask me. They should give equal consideration to each person in all disputes. And futhermore, what about the fact that the item was exactly like it was described and this Guy just had buyer's remorse and wanted a refund and he based it on a total foolish lie. They should take a much better look at the actual item to ascertain. THey should have had the item sent to then so they could know the truth because if a person would be allowed to even sell on ebay and say that something was made of a certain material when in fact it was not. In other words they are fools to not have taken advantage of this chance to get some real trust work done if I was trying to defraud the buyer. I did everything right. I said the truth and t was no representation of what the item was. It is a negative factor against me losing time and money because they chose to give this person this extraordinary refund. That hurts me bad. Plus-You all know they pop me for 3 1/2% when you use paypal so if you can pay me another way I would appreciate it. I would be happy to take your personal or Company check, a bank check, a wire transfer of the funds or a Postal money order. Some how ebay has decided that I can no longer accept cash by regestered or certified mail. I have been a fool myself for all these years. I thought the it said on currency that it was good for ALL debts, public and private. WAIT I just looked and it does say that ! Right on the front of the bills I have in my pocket. So now look my fellow ebayers and paypalees, they are circumventing the use of Federal currency in normal trade. I think this denial of my right to the laws of our Country is in fact a constitutional violation of my right as an AMERICAN to benefit from such Constitution as we operate based on. I think this is a law denied by Pretender's to the Crown and agents of an enemy of the right to expect fair play in all contracts. Ebay said in my contract that they would never take sides between members but they and their staff do and they are wrong to allow this to go on. I fully appreciate your interest in this item but please ask any questions you may have before you bid. R...
