You are bidding on six (6) antique Sterling Silver Fruit Knives by Gorham in the Chantilly pattern, Pat. 1895. These items are in very good condition. They are antiques, they have been used for possibly 100 years. They are not monogramed. These Fruit Knives are 6 & 3/4 inches long. The bottom of the blade was used for slicing, the upper side of the blade was used for "sawing" to cut through the rine og an orange or grapefruit. I have done my best with the pictures, the base og the handle does say "Sterling", but it is worn. I have a lot of Chantilly, coming up for auction. I will combine shipping. I have described this item to the best of my ability, so good luck and happy bidding. If you have any questions concerning this item, please ask up to within 1 hour of close of auction. Winning bidder will kindly respond to my email(invoice) within 2 days of auction closing. I prefer PayPal. I accept PayPal, money orders and cashiers checks. I do not accept personal checks. Communication regarding payment is expected within 2 days, and payment is expected within 7 days for end of auction. NON-payment for winning bidders will not be tolerated. After 7 days I report non-bidder to eBay. I strive to be accurate in my description, and all sales are final unless I miss something or a gross error in describing the item. I ship by USPS Priority Mail only. Bidders in the United States only, please. No international shipping. Please do not bid and ask for some other mailing method. Insurance is required. USPS Insurance charges are: $1.65 for shipment value up to $50.00; $2.05 for value up to $100.00; $2.45 for value up to $200.00; $4.60 for value up to $300.00; - add $0.90 for every additional $100.00. If you wish, Delivery Confirmation is an additional $0.65.
