T are several Catholic Bishops in the world, including two at the Vatican , who frequently acquire the original work of Silversmiths Cardenas & Pena; when they want to provide a special gift to a Patron of the Church who has donated his or her time, talent, or treasure to benefit their community.

These sterling pieces are VERY special, and take time to complete; so Juan and his wife Zola begin their work months before. We have posted some pictures of the Cardenas Catholic family work-shop below. They are 6 th generation Church Silversmiths in Cuzco , Peru .

We have acquired a few of these pieces from Juan on consignment, to sell at a very fair price, in order to benefit his beloved Carmelite convents. These pendants have each been inspired or copied from original Spanish Colonial Pieces that he has restored .

This pendant is 2 inches long and weights 23 grams. The Micro Mosaic Cross is done in Abalone and Amethyst. The bale swivels and it will fit any chain up to a diameter of Â¼ inch.

What you are getting can not be purchased in any store, and t is no other like it in the world. THE PENDANT is made from solid 950 silver. It comes with a lifetime guarantee. Just return it, and it will be repaired forever. The pendant is not water-proof, so do not shower with it on, as you will damage the painting.
