This auction is for a STERLING SILVER BOWL made by TIFFANY & CO circa 1970. It is an oval bowl in the melon form. Very clean and elegant lines. Sits on 4 ball feet. The bowl is softly ribbed, and measures 7 3/4" long, 5 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" high. It weighs 223 grams, over 7 troy ounces. Has a very hefty feel, made of thick silver. NO monogram or removal. Condition is as new, no dents, dings, scratches. The silver has a mirror finish, very high polish. Hallmarked on the underside of the rim, Tiffany & Co makers, sterling silver, 23940.
