You are bidding on a great old 5 1/2" long x 1 1/8" wide sterling silver souvenir spoon with an Indian and a Buffalo head on the front of the handle and a shield on the back. This spoon is in great shape, weighs 28 grams, and was made by Wendell Mfg Co, Chicago (1885-1909). The bowl is engraved "Davenport & Rock-Island Ferry - Augusta". The ferry in the bowl has a paddle wheel. Keywords: Iowa / Illinois. Please see my other auctions for additional figural souvenir spoons. No Reserve!!!!! This piece is fresh out of an old Colorado estate!
